Marriage Therapy
Dr. Kelleen M. Linden is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. A Brief Solution Focused Approach to Marriage Counseling helps couples understand their interactions with one another. It is important for the couple to learn how to communicate directly about their feelings. Many times couples are not aware of their counter-productive communication patterns. It is common for a couple to experience problems when faced with highly stressful events such as the birth of a child, financial problems, or retirement. These new life adjustments are addressed with empathy and compassion.

Family Therapy
Dr. Kelleen Linden is a skilled, experienced therapist who has helped families for over twenty five years. The goal of family therapy is to assist family members in learning how to communicate with one another in a healthy and respectful manner. Members acquire new tools and coping skills so that the family can rebuild and heal. Through a combination of therapeutic techniques, Dr. Kelleen Linden can help individual family members who are struggling with personal issues such as anxiety or depression.

Child Behavioral Therapy
A Behavioral Modification approach to counseling children is an effective way to help parents set limits with their kids. Common concerns occur when the child does not listen or follow rules, when the child throws tantrums, and when the child has separation anxiety or problems in school.

Adolescent Therapy
The teen years can be some of the toughest times for adolescents and their families. Middle and High School kids are struggling to grow up and be seen as young adults. They are faced with more peer pressure than they have ever experienced. Counseling addresses issues such as Social Anxiety, Depression, Low Self Esteem, School Concerns, Defiant Behavior, and Substance Abuse Problems.
